These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of wireless telecommunications, RF site surveys, enterprise Wi-Fi installations, and network consulting supplied by OpenWaveNetworks Ltd:

2. Agreement & Acceptance
By accessing our website, requesting online Wi-Fi coverage visualizations, booking an engineering consultation, or accepting a commercial quote, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are acting on behalf of a company, you warrant that you possess full corporate authority to bind the entity.
3. Engineering Surveys & Consultations
Consultations and site surveys booked through our scheduling platform are subject to engineering confirmation. Clients must ensure safe and unrestricted access to property premises, cabling risers, and rooftop facilities during scheduled appointments. Survey cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours prior to appointment time.
4. Hardware Ownership & Payment Terms
All networking equipment (Wireless Access Points, Point-to-Point Bridges, Switches, Routers, and PoE hardware) supplied or installed by OpenWaveNetworks Ltd remains the sole property of OpenWaveNetworks Ltd until invoice fees are paid in full. Payments are due within 14 calendar days from invoice issue date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Service Level Commitments & RF Disclaimers
While OpenWaveNetworks Ltd designs enterprise Wi-Fi networks according to rigorous IEEE 802.11 standards to deliver guaranteed coverage thresholds, wireless radio frequencies (2.4GHz, 5GHz, 6GHz) remain subject to external RF interference, structural wall attenuation, and third-party spectrum congestion beyond our direct control.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under English law, OpenWaveNetworks Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of business revenue, or data loss arising from wireless network interruptions, third-party internet service provider outages, or unapproved customer configuration changes.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
